Samsung announces thinner Galaxy Z Flip 7 with larger screen with no crease

A much thinner body, a larger screen on the inside, and when folded, the front consists almost entirely of screen. That, in a nutshell, is Samsung's new Galaxy Flip7. Fortunately, the price has remained unchanged, but that comes with a caveat.
With the Flip7, Samsung seems to finally connect with other flip phone manufacturers. For example, the cover screen is finally full-screen, as it should be, and the screen inside no longer contains a visible crease, as it should.
Samsung shaved 1.2 millimeters off the thickness which seems little on paper but is really noticeable in reality. The Gorilla Glass Victus 2 glass on the back, the Armor Aluminum frame and the IP48 rating have all remained the same. So does the 4300 mAh battery, which is on the small side compared to the competition.
Exynos 2500
Biggest change as far as we are concerned is the computing source. Inside the Flip7 is no longer a Snapdragon chip but an Exynos. It is the Exynos 2500 that Samsung baked at 3nm. We have to wait and see the results of this chipset but in the past, the Exynos chip could not compete with its Snapdragon counterpart.
Enlarging the cover screen, also called FlexWindow, makes the window much more usable. The 4.1-inch screen is now capable of running full-fledged apps but special apps have also been created for it.
Expect to see the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 in Blue Shadow, Coralred and Jetblack colors in stores with 12/256GB or 12/512GB of storage. The asking price is 1199, as it was for its predecessor at the time. You can order right away, but availability will really pick up steam starting July 25.
