Renderings show brand new Samsung Galaxy S25 FE

SammyGuru obtained images of the upcoming Galaxy S25 Fan Edition (FE). They did so by paying @onleaks, the source of these beautiful CAD renders, a sum of money. The device has thinner bezels than its predecessor and is much thinner itself.
We cannot derive specifications of the S25 FE from the renders below, but we can derive its dimensions. Those read 161.4 x 76.6 x 7.4 millimeters versus 162 x 77.3 x 8 millimeters of the S24 FE. Thinner, then, and slightly narrower but the latter may also be due to the thinner screen bezels.
There are still three cameras on the back and a single selfie camera in a punch hole on the front. It's hard to guess which sensors Samsung is using, though rumor has it that there is a 12 MP sensor up front. The processor choice is also unclear. The most likely option for Samsung is an Exynos chip manufactured by the company itself.
FE = Plus?
Samsung typically provides its Fan Edition phones with a larger screen than the entry-level Galaxy S. Keep in mind a 6.7-inch screen just like on the S25+ but with a slightly lower FHD+ resolution. It is not inconceivable that the FE version will thus take over the role of the Plus model. Those who do want a larger Galaxy S phone with high-end specs can always move on to the Galaxy S Ultra.
The launch of the Samsung S25 FE may not take place until late September, but early October is also a possibility. We expect the device to be launched with Android 16 and One UI 8 that will be available by then.
