More photos of Fairphone 6 released, looks much more modern

It looks like we have the full press renders of the Fairphone 6 in. The rugged device has been seen before, but only from the front. Now we have the back and sides in view, including all the future colors. And they taste like more.
Fairphone is preparing for the arrival of the Fairphone 6 expected June 25. Thanks to Winfuture, we already had the first image of the device in, and now the same Winfuture is leaking the remaining images of the durable and largely self-repairable device.
We see a much sleeker design with straight lines this time, without making the device look very thick. The back seems to remove itself with two screws after which you can easily do a battery change yourself. We assume you can also easily change other parts yourself such as the camera, speaker and USB port.
Besides repairable also expandable
At the bottom is a memory card slot with support for up to 2 TB of external memory, something we don't often see in smartphones anymore. Around the simcard tray we see a rubber which is used to keep the device waterproof. The Fairphone 5 had a waterproof rating of IP55, whether the Fairphone 6 has a higher IP rating we are not sure yet.
Fairphone is releasing the Fairphone 6 witness these images in white (Cloud White), black (Horizon Black) and matching green (Forest Green). With each of these colors, the power button has a different accent color which adds a playful touch.
Earlier, full specifications leaked out which already gave us a good idea of the device's capabilities. Thus, we learned that the screen will be slightly smaller but much smoother thanks to the higher 120Hz display. The screen is also better protected thanks to the application of sturdier Gorilla Glass 7i.
Fairphone's newest fair phone will be announced June 25 in the morning and comes with a suggested retail price of €550. The lucky buyer will get 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage in return, as well as the priceless ability to keep the device running for many years to come thanks to the spare parts available.
