CAD drawings show smaller OnePlus Watch 3 43mm

Not everyone has wrists you can park a truck on. OnePlus understands that, too. That's why a smaller version of the OnePlus Watch 3 is coming soon: a 43mm model, specifically for people without Marvel superhero genes. Images of this more compact watch have surfaced online, and they don't look bad.
We find the first images of the 43mm version of the Watch 3 on the website of AndroidHeadlines. The images are from @onleaks, which means they are based on CAD drawings. Thus, the final product may look different, although in practice this is often not so bad.
Two versions can be seen; a silver with white strap and an all-black version. OnePlus applies a round screen with what appears to be very thin screen bezels. On the right, we see a sturdy rotary dial of which it remains to be seen if it is actually rotatable. Below that is a push button and beyond that we see no controls.
Unisex design
Comparing the watch to the 46mm version, the 43mm variant looks a lot more sophisticated. And then you automatically think it's more suitable for the female wrist. But the design is fairly unisex which means it wouldn't look out of place on a male wrist either.
The watch made us look somewhat familiar and that's right. Parent company Oppo launched a similar design earlier in the form of the Oppo Watch X2 Mini. That featured a 1.32" screen with Snapdragon W5 chip. Expect the same specifications at the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm. Oppo never released the X2 Mini here, but the OnePlus is expected here.
Possibly 2 operating systems again
Hopefully, OnePlus will again apply two operating systems; RTOS and Wear OS. By using the former for showing time and the latter for when you use apps, OnePlus manages to achieve much longer battery life. In previous watches of the brand with such a setup of just under a week. No other smartwatch with such specs can match that at the moment.
OnePlus has already said it will announce the OnePlus Watch 3 mini on July 8. If the previously mentioned watch from Oppo is any indication of its future price, the watch should cost around €250.
