Nothing lied; this is what the Nothing Phone (3) really looks like

Nothing tried to mislead us with the design of the Nothing Phone (3). Previously shared details by Nothing turned out to be incorrect, and a "leaked" image does not accurately depict the phone either. This is what the Nothing Phone (3) will actually look like.

In late May, Nothing released a teaser in which we saw a small portion of the Nothing Phone (3). Not much later, the full image surfaced. We detected some discrepancies in it even then, and now it turns out that our hunch was correct. Because the now-published render of the device looks nothing like what we saw before.

Yes, where should we start? Obviously, Nothing is not a fan of symmetry. The cameras seem to have been placed randomly. We also see the spiritual successor to the Glyph lighting in the form of a dot matrix.

Looking at the device from the side, we immediately notice the hugely protruding camera. That's going to leave a clear imprint in your pocket. The right side contains a button that we have not yet seen on the Nothing Phone (2). Possibly this is the Essential Key that Nothing introduced starting with the Phone 3a series. It allows you to save screenshots to your Essential Space.

The Nothing Phone (3) gets a 50MP camera with periscope lens, a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and a 5150 mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging. The battery can also be charged wirelessly, but its speed will go down to 15W.

The Nothing Phone (3) is expected to be unveiled on July 1, after which the device will be available in stores. In addition to the white/gray version shown here, an all-black model will also be released. Expect versions with 12 GB + 256 GB and 16 GB + 512 GB of memory. Nothing may also announce its latest phone alongside the Headphone (1). They will also come in white and black.
